Ben spent 14 years in the Royal Navy after working as a door to door salesman when he left college. As a logistician in the Navy, those skills have transferred over to the role he carries out for Easy Cars. Ben works behind the scenes ensuring that all business aspects are taken care of. Bookkeeping, account management, invoicing and advertising are just a few of his responsibilities. Ben prides himself on continually finding new ways to expand the business and build key relationships.
With 10 years experience in the taxi business and a wealth of experience in customer facing roles Sandra has set our standards high in customer service. Extremely popular with customers on the phone and in her car, Sandra is often singled out for the way she interacts with our customer base. Sandra’s main day to day role involves ensuring that all aspects of our school contracts are carried out efficiently, becoming a key point of contact for the local council. Sandra also liaises daily with our system provider to ensure that we continue to provide a smooth and efficient service.
With almost 30 years experience in the taxi business. Darren is the driving force behind the vision of Easy Cars. Capable of controlling up to 60 cars on a busy Saturday night, Darren can be found in the office Monday to Friday working long hours to ensure that both drivers and customers receive the best service possible. Darren has been key for us in determining when we bring new drivers in and setting a pricing structure that is fair and attractive to all. The work he does in co-ordinating drivers working hours has been vital to our promise of always being able to take pre-bookings and fulfil them. A man with an encyclopaedic knowledge of this business which will be valuable to us as we continue to grow.
